သတိရျခင္းတစ္ေခါက္

ကြ်န္ေတာ္ ႔ အေဖ ၊ အေမ နဲ႔ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ မဟာပါသန လုိဏ္ဂူ ကို
မနက္တိုင္း လမ္းေလွ်ာက္သြားရင္း အေဖ ကြ်န္ေတာ္႔ကို ဖတ္ခိုင္းေနက် တရားစာတစ္ပုဒ္ကို စာဖတ္သူအားလုံး
ကို မွ်ေ၀ေပးခ်င္လို႔ပါ ။

သူမ်ားအက်ိဳးပ်က္စီးစရာကို
ဘယ္အခါမွ မလုပ္ႏွင္႔ မေျပာႏွင္႔ မႀကံႏွင္႔
ၾကမ္းတမ္းေသာ စကားကို မဆိုႏွင္႔
ေမတၱာႏွင္႔ယွဥ္ေသာ စိတ္ကိုျဖစ္ေစရမည္
အေကာင္းႀကံ ၊ အမွန္လုပ္ ၊ အဟုတ္ေျပာ
ယခုလက္ရွိအခ်ိန္ထက္ ေကာင္းေသာအခ်ိန္မရွိ
လက္ရွိအခ်ိန္ကို နိဗၼာန္အထိအက်ိဳးရွိေအာင္သုံးပါ

Don't make , Speak or Think of Anything that may harm others
Don't use hash words
Keep your minds filled with loving-kindness
Think good thougths, Do what is right ,Speak the Truth
Now is the opportune moments
Use it well Until You realize Nibbanna
